  1. Thanks for sharing! I'm planning a superhero party for my son and love to see your ideas. Could you share where you found the black spider web table runner?

  2. I found it on clearance at orientaltrading.com (right after Halloween!), so I'm not sure if they still carry it.

  3. Thank you! My son's birthday isn't until Christmas (yes the 25th!) so I'll watch for it this Halloween.

  6. Did you use a pattern for the spiderweb placemats? Or would you share some tips on how you made the placemats and the wreath?

    1. The spiderweb placemats are super easy to make--I just took red construction paper and drew on the spiderwebs with a thick black permanent marker. I cut small segments off each edge to make it less rectangular.

The wreath is also super easy--I took cupcake liners in red and blue and scrunched them up and hot glued them to a styrofoam wreath, then I added the spiderman face and letters that I cut on my electronic cutter.

    1. I made the white frame with black spider webs and Spiderman's face.

The wooden frame with Spiderman's face painted on with the word "Sohan", I purchased on Etsy.

    1. The spiderman is a wall decal that I bought online. I mounted it on foam board and cut around it to make it firm enough to hang. Pottery barn kids carries wall decals as well as many vendors online.

    1. Sara, the buildings are made using foam board. I cut the foam board into the building shapes and drew on the windows etc. using permanent marker.
